Whatever short or long term health ambition or goals you have, whether its losing weight, building a strong body or just cleaning up your diet and lifestyle I can help you with custom designed programming, expert guidance and a little encouragement here and there.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. As well as smart training and real food, my holistic approach to fitness and health includes finding your strengths, what you love, what you can handle (and what you cannot) and coaching from the inside as well as the outside.
When I'm not training myself I love to climb mountains, cycle and spend time with my family and boxing mad husband and coach.
