Your programme and meal plans will give you the best results in the fastest time possible.
1 2 1 individual sessions start from £25.00 up to £40.00 all clients receive tailored meal plans and email support.
A 6 week transformation programme, twice weekly 1 2 1 with unlimited email support and customised meal plans from £300.
Small Group Training
Up to 5 people training as a private group from £15.00 per person at the studio or a mutually convenient space

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. As well as smart training and real food, my holistic approach to fitness and health includes finding your strengths, what you love, what you can handle (and what you cannot) and coaching from the inside as well as the outside.
When I'm not training myself I love to climb mountains, cycle and spend time with my family and boxing mad husband and coach.
